1 yr previous food handling experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication with others
Demonstrate basic math and counting skills
Able to endure prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending and stooping and adhere to proper techniques to ensure safety.
Plans and prepares snacks and meals in accordance with posted menus and portion standards
Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items to be used in salads, sandwiches, side dishes, etc
Maintains a safe and sanitary work environment that conforms to all food safety standards and regulations
Understand what food products are being served, manage signage and temperature logs
Transfers supplies and equipment between kitchen and other areas
